Community

Our community is our most valuable stakeholder, and we take pride in the fact that our hotels maintain the highest rate of local employment. Our three hotels comprise of over 60% locals employed, with a high rate of locals employed in the senior management. We believe in the capacity of our locals and make every effort to build and retain our employees by providing them with opportunities and scope for career advancement.

Our group of companies engage in various activities and initiatives directed towards community development. Our areas of engagement include financial aid for healthcare and medical support, education funding and other community infrastructure development aid.
